Somebody, stop me, please!

Summarizing:

-  The underdress is ready;

- Christina cardigan is laid aside for a while, considering that it should be ready by September;

- I've almost finished the back of a very nice top from BIMBI speciale COTONE 2-6 I lavori feminili di Mani di Fata:

I like the pattern so much, it would be perfect for a scarf and a hat;

- Putting in order the fabrics I couldn't help sewing a wavy skirt for my daughter. It is red, long and has gathers and bow - surely she'll like it;

- I definitely need to sew bikini for my daughter (pattern 632 from Burda Baby 1/2012) and for me (pattern 108 from Burda Style June 2011):

- I would like to knit a top even for me, it will be Dèbardeur or Pull mancherons from Phildar 2009;

- Later, maybe, I'll have time for Monet di Martin Storey?

Agenda... a kind of.

I'm a little confused. I have so many projects on the needles and on the sewing table that I cannot find the best way to organize them in my blog, should I write down the one only after it has been completed or just follow the whole process?
Ok, I'll make a list:
1) the summer set for my daughter is ready, I made some pics that don't convince me, it would be better to wait till the weather is good to make the pictures outside;
2) the vintage dress is completed for 50 %, I don't like the neckline, so I decided to cut the back and front parts in the middle and make the insertions of pleated fabric. It needs time and courage (to cut). That is why I decided to suspend this project and sew something "which doesn't need thinking too much";
3) so, I sewed another dress, very simple one, easy and fun to sew, pattern 133 from Burda Style Aprile 2011:

4) now I'm sewing the underdress as the fabric is rather trasparent, the pattern 121 from Burda Style May 2000;
5) the underdress for my daughter is almost completed (pattern 147 from Burda Style May 2012):

5) surely, then will go the wrap dress (pattern 143 from Burda Style May 2012):

6) I've started the Christina cardigan by Kim Heargraves, adapted for my daughter:

7) there are 8 squares completed for the bed throw;
8) there is a Marinara sweater for my daughter, which ought to be one of my first written patterns... I hope;
9) tiny dress and top for this signorina:

Uuuf, back to work!

Country tunic.

One more lovely summer project - Pattern 125 from Burda Style 6/2012 - Sleeveless tunic top.

I'm not sure of the drawstring shoulder seams, and instead of the front appliquè made with eyelet lace trim I'll do some lenghtwise tucks creating the flowy silhouette.

Flowy vest.

This vest (pattern 101 from Burda Style 4/2012) has a small shawl collar and pleats in the shoulder.

It is a perfect alternative to a knitted cardigan. In fact it reminds of my still uncompleted interpretation of Cerisara cardigan. It seems to be also rather simple to sew. My version will be made with linen striped light-blue fabric.

Spring time.... sewing time...

What a beautiful spring morning! Today I saw the preview of the new issue of Burda Style magazine. There are a lot of beautiful dresses. Can't wait to sew some of them.
These two a rather simple, but made with beautiful light fabric will look gorgeous.

Perfect pattern even for a nightgown. I have some fabrics bought 3 years ago. Maybe, this summer?

This patern was published in Burda Easy 1/2011.  Sure, to repeat the same pattern only after 2 years was too much, but.... I don't mind - this time it is made for 17-21 sizes, perfect for me. There is also the long version, but the short one is nicer and more comfortable.

 Another nice dress, omitting those horrible pockets. Otherwise it reminds me the robes which was the only kind of dresses one could find in russian shops during perestroika time.

Cute bed linen fabric.

Every time I go to Moscow I do shopping in famous russian "Trexgornaya manufacture" store:

The manufacture was founded in 1799. In their store one can find a vast variety of cotton and linen fabrics for home design and bed linen and kitchen sets. There is also a souvenirs department. The prices are very friendly.
This 20s' style fabric I bought for children bed linen.  You can see it (art.43570) here:

Summer dress.

This silk-cotton muslin is perfect for a summer dress. A simple, light one, like the pattern 125 from Burda Style 4/2013:

Sewing plans.

Finally it wasn't so cloudy so I've managed to make some photos.
Knitting is not the only vice I have. Also I like to sew. So, today I'll start to write down my plans for the fabrics acquired recently.
Here we go!
Now the most prevalent one:

As we were invited to our friends' wedding, which will be definately the most beautiful wedding we have ever been invited to (and I'm afraid the last one in nearest 20 years), I've already provided the fabric for my daugter's dress.
And the yarn I bought some days ago would suit it perfectly. I'm planning to make a shrug or bolero, I haven't decided yet. Fortunately, the wedding will be only in September.
